30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible, the product should generally be returned in the condition in which it was received, without signs of unnecessary use or damage, and with its original packaging, included accessories, manuals, controllers, cables, attachments, or other components where applicable.
A receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase may be required so that we can locate and review your order.
Because Vriiogds™ sells electrical household products, please package returned appliances carefully and include the components originally supplied with the product.
Starting a Return
Before sending anything back, contact us at service@vriiogds.com.
Please include your order number, the product you would like to return, and a short explanation of your request. Photos or video may also be helpful when your request concerns visible damage, an incorrect product, or an operating issue.
After reviewing your request, our customer service team will provide the applicable return instructions and return destination.
Please do not send a product to our company address or another address without receiving return instructions first. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or may not be identifiable when received.
Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products
Please inspect your Vriiogds™ order after delivery.
